Doing Something Meaningful Together in the Cedars
I wrote this piece of poetry after touring with a documentary on human trafficking that featured my story called, Stopping Traffic. At every show, I was confronted with questions bordering on accusations that sexual abuse and rape and human trafficking doesn’t happen to boys and men in places like The Cedars.
In our book #dealwithit – living well with PTSD, my wife Melissa talks about what she does to help me when various things trigger me, basically, how do people in The Cedars deal With PTSD Triggers.
